Terms of Service
This page is maintained by Readiness to explain the rules and conditions for using the platform. It is not legal advice; please review it with your own counsel if you need to.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing or using Readiness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the service
Readiness provides an AI readiness assessment, scoring, recommendations, ROI modelling and related reporting tools for small and medium-sized businesses. Outputs are guidance-only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Some features require payment. Fees are shown at checkout and processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours; uploading harmful code; interfering with the platform's availability; or using outputs to mislead third parties.
6. Intellectual property
Readiness owns the platform, branding, code and pre-existing content. Reports and other outputs generated for your account are licensed to you for internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish generated reports without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Readiness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
